For over 20 years, I’ve worked in business, leadership, and team development, leading and coaching professionals through change, decision-making, and personal growth. As an entrepreneur for 16 years, I understand the challenges of leadership, business management, and the weight of making big decisions.

Running my own marketing agency over the last 16 years introduced me to a diverse range of people—employees, small business owners, millionaires, politicians, and community change makers. Through these experiences, I learned that it’s not our circumstances that define us but how we think, how well we know ourselves, and our level of emotional intelligence.
