Signature Program: Renew YouR Mind. Transform Your Life.

An 8-Week Coaching Program for Emotional Stability and Self-Leadership.

This Cognitive Behavioural Psychology (CBT)-informed program is designed to help you understand what is driving your emotional reactions, patterns of behaviour, and overall level of satisfaction with life, work, or relationships.


I will teach and coach you to help you understand how thoughts shape emotions and behaviour, and how unexamined thinking patterns affect your confidence, boundaries, and professional performance.


The goal of this program is not dependency on the coach. The goal is to equip you with tools you can use for the rest of your life. By the end of the program, you should be able to coach yourself through everyday challenges with more clarity, emotional stability, and confidence.

How this coaching program works

Weeks 1–2: Awareness and Pattern Identification

You learn to observe your inner patterns without being consumed by them.

Weeks 3–4: Articulating a New Internal Framework

Once patterns are visible, we work on understanding them. This phase helps you create a clearer internal map so you can respond rather than react.

Weeks 5–6: Emotional Regulation and Cognitive Reframing

I will teach you CBT-informed tools you can use at work, in relationships, and during moments of pressure or conflict.

Weeks 7–8: Applying the Tools and Coaching Yourself

The focus is on building confidence in your ability to guide yourself forward without relying on external validation or constant support.

What You’ll Walk Away With

By the end of the eight weeks, you should feel:


  • More grounded and emotionally steady 
  • Clearer about your role and responsibility in difficult situations 
  • Less affected by things outside of your control 
  • More confident in your decision-making 
  • Better equipped to handle stress, conflict, and uncertainty
     

Most importantly, you will leave with tools and practices you can return to at any time.

Ongoing Support (Optional)

After completing the program, you may choose to continue with:


  • Weekly check-ins
  • Bi-weekly check-ins 
  • Monthly check-ins
     

These sessions are designed for maintenance, refinement, and accountability, not dependency. The core work is done during the eight weeks. Ongoing coaching supports consistency and continued growth as you apply the tools in everyday life.
